📦 Standalone Installer Packages
To set up VideoSync, you only need two (2) standalone installation files:
🖥️ 1. VideoSync_Server_Setup.exe
Install on Central Control PC Only.
- Installs the VideoSync Background Windows Service.
- Bundles Node.js runtime, media sync tools, and web admin portal.
- Opens desktop shortcut: Open VideoSync Admin Panel.
- Runs on port 3000.
📱 2. VideoSync_Client_Setup.exe
Install on Screen Displays / Mini PCs / TVs.
- Sets up automatic fullscreen kiosk player.
- Prompts for Server IP address during installation.
- Autostarts silently on Windows boot.
- Self-reconnects if connection is momentarily interrupted.
⚡ 3-Step Quick Start Guide
Connect to the Same Wi-Fi or LAN Cable
Plug the Server computer and your display screens (PCs, Smart TVs, or Mobile Phones) into the same Wi-Fi router or network switch. (An active internet subscription is NOT required).
Install Server Setup on the Host PC
Run VideoSync_Server_Setup.exe. Click Next and Install. Once finished, double-click the Open VideoSync Admin Panel icon on the desktop or visit http://localhost:3000/admin.html.
Open Clients on Screens & Mobile Phones
• Windows Display PCs: Run VideoSync_Client_Setup.exe, type the Server IP, and it launches fullscreen automatically.
• Mobile Phones / Tablets / Smart TVs: Open Chrome/Safari and visit http://<SERVER-IP>:3000/client.html. Tap screen once to enable audio.

Broadcast real-time scrolling announcement banners across screens without stopping background video. Supports custom speeds (Fast, Normal, Slow) and 4 color themes.
🎙️ Live PA Microphone & Ducking
Speak live through your PC microphone to all or selected screens. Background video sound automatically ducks down during speech, then smoothly fades back up.
🔊 Master & Per-Screen Volume
Remotely control volume for the entire venue with quick preset buttons (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, Mute All) or fine-tune individual screen volume sliders.

📱 Using Mobile Phones as Screen Displays
Any smartphone (Android or iPhone) can serve as an extra wireless display screen:
- Connect phone to the same Wi-Fi as the server.
- Open Chrome or Safari and enter: http://<SERVER-IP>:3000/client.html
- Tap anywhere on the phone screen to unlock sound.
- Double-tap anywhere on the screen to enter 100% full-screen kiosk mode.
- Built-in Screen Wake Lock automatically keeps the phone display on without dimming or sleeping.
