Service Agreement
By engaging Buddy Technical Solution for any software development, IoT systems, electrical engineering, solar energy installation, or CCTV security works, you agree to the following operational terms and conditions.

Service Warranty & Hardware Guarantee
We provide comprehensive warranty and support for all deployed projects. Software solutions include a 1-year free maintenance and update period. Hardware components (solar inverters, panels, CCTV cameras, NVRs, and sensors) come with their original manufacturer warranties plus direct technical warranty from Buddy Tech.
24/7 Support & Maintenance Protocols
We operate an emergency hotline for critical commercial infrastructure, including supermarket POS breakdowns, solar grid disconnections, and offline server faults. Routine preventative checkups are scheduled to maintain long-term reliability.
Privacy & Data Security
Client data integrity is strictly guarded under Non-Disclosure agreements. POS transaction logs, student records, employee salary figures, and CCTV camera credentials are encrypted and solely owned by the client. We do not sell or expose client data to any third party.
